Shamanic Awakening Sessions are a combination of Hypnotherapy/ Guided Imagery, Reiki and Sound Healing using Reiki Drumming and healing with various instruments such as Tibetan Bowls, Bells, Chimes, Rainsticks, Tuning Forks and the "Singing Crystal Pyramid", among others.

Hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and/or Spiritual Counseling for any type of addictions, ODC, PTSD, childhood trauma/inner child work, grief management, smoking cessation, weight management, phobias, anxiety/panic disorder, pain management and many other maladies/issues.

Allarah is also a Past Life Regressionist with many years experience and currently writing a book on the subject using data collected from a large number of sessions with amazing results.
